Bizum in Andorra is easy and quick to use with Creand. First, make sure you have the Creand app installed on your mobile device. Then, simply link your bank account with Bizum via our application. Now you can begin sending and receiving money instantly, with nothing but the phone numbers of your contacts.

With Bizum you can make the following transactions between other Bizum users:

• Send money.
• Receive money.
• Request a payment.
• Receive a payment request.
• Make payments for purchases at e-commerces adhered to Bizum.

All you need to do is access the online banking App and from the main menu access the BIZUM option. You will need to choose your Bizum associated account and complete the service registration process. You already have Bizum!

The operation with Bizum has no cost for its users.

You can send a Bizum to any phone linked to an account number of the entities that have the Bizum service implemented, in Andorra or Spain.

The limits of operations between individuals with Bizum are:

• By sending: min. 0.50 euros and max. 500 euros.
• By receiving: min. 0.50 euros and max. 1.000 euros.
• Daily: max. 60 operations/day and 2,000 euros for sending and 2,000 euros of received amount.
• Monthly: 60 transactions/month and 5,000 euros.

The limits of operations between an individual and a business with Bizum are:

• Per operation: min. 0.01 euros and max. 500 euros.

The telephone associated with Bizum is the telephone number that you have informed and validated in online banking, you can change it from the “personal data” option.

You can only be registered to Bizum in a single entity since your Bizum account is linked to a single phone number. You can always make the portability of the Bizum service to any of the entities with Bizum service.

You can always change the Bizum payment account from the Bizum “Profile” option in the online banking App.

The recipient will receive an SMS message and has 48 hours to register with Bizum at their bank in order to receive the money you have sent them. If they do not register, the Bizum amount will be returned to the sender.

A Bizum transaction takes less than 10-20 seconds to arrive at the destination.

Once the money is sent it is not possible to cancel the Bizum through the application.

The elderly persons residing in Andorra, holders of an account in an entity adhered to Bizum, who have a mobile phone and the online banking service.

Bizum is an integrated service within the bank’s own channels and therefore, it is guaranteed by the bank’s security systems.
