Benefits of the Refurbishment Loan
Tailored financing using environmental sustainability and energy efficiency criteria.
Cover up to 80% of the total investment in renovations in accordance with this project.
Very attractive interest rate.
Maximum duration of up to 20 years.
Early loan repayment (total or partial) fee of 3%.
Valuation fee of 0.25%.
Loan subject to mortgage guarantee of the property under construction or renovation, in accordance with the Regenera certification.
The granting of a loan is subject to the bank’s risk criteria.
The granting of the Refurbishment Loan is subject to obtaining and maintaining the Andorra Regenera certification for the entire duration of the loan granted within the framework of this project.
Andorra Regenera Certification
It is a certification born with the purpose of making a more attractive, safe and sustainable urban environment. It focuses on the regeneration of buildings and their surroundings, using architectural quality, energy rehabilitation and sustainability criteria.
The Regenera Certification promotes projects that involve energy savings, at the same time allowing for a contribution to society in terms of well-being and quality of life.
